Its Mighty Mouse Playhouse Day!

Today is  Mighty Mouse Playhouse Day honoring the debut of the popular Saturday Morning cartoon on CBS this day (December 10)  in 1955.

I loved Mighty Mouse as a small child.  We got our first TV in the mid-fifties and actually seeing live cartoons in your house was really cool!  The animation was very simple but back then as a kid, it was amazing. I looked forward to Saturday mornings watching  "Fury" ," Sky King"  and Mighty Mouse.  What were your favorite Saturday Morning shows as a child?
