In more way than one! Normally on Fridays, a former Tigers great is at Fifth Third Ballpark, to sihn autographs and have fun with the fans. And tonight is no exception. Former Tiger great Glenn Wilson will be at the ballpark as the 'Caps take on Bowling Green!

And another former Tiger great will be at the park as well. Jim Leyland! Leyland's new role with the club has him visiting the Tigs' minor league teams checking out the talent. This story from Channel 13 explains.

"After retiring last fall, Leyland will make his first trip of the season to Fifth Third Ballpark to watch the West Michigan Whitecaps Friday night when they take on the Bowling Green Hot Rods beginning at 7 p.m. Leyland's new gig requires him to travel to games that Detroit's farm teams play in to see how the players stack up.

As an added bonus, Leyland will get to see his son, 22-year-old Pat Leyland play for the Whitecaps. The younger Leyland is a catcher for West Michigan. He was drafted in 2010 and has played for a number of clubs. This is his second stint with the Whitecaps after playing 68 games in 2012."

Maybe you will get more autographs than you bargained for tonight!
