New Italian Beef Chicago Style Restaurant Opening Up in Grand Rapids
Another new restaurant is opening up in Grand Rapids!
So far, nearly 25 new eateries have opened up in the area in 2023 - check them out below!
Jack Danger's Chicago Style Italian Beef says its "true Chicago - with an eclectic vibe of 80s music videos, Chicago sports, and real Chicago street food".
The new restaurant is set to open at 1499 Wealthy St. SE in Grand Rapids Eastown neighborhood.
At Jack Danger's you will find sandwiches like Italian Beef, Italian Sausage, Meatball, and Crispy Chicken.
The menu also includes Vienna Beef Hot Dogs like the Chicago Dog, Chili Dog, and Chili Cheesy Dog. Add-ons include chili, meat sauce, hot and sweet peppers, and Italian Beef Gravy.
For sides, order up Crinkle Cut Fries, Tater Tots, Beer Battered Onion Rings, Chili Cheese Fries, Pizza Puffs, and Italian Beef Gravy Bread.
Desserts include Milkshakes, Malts, and Six-Layer Cake.

According to Wood TV-8, the owners Cathleen and Steven Lowenthal, want to bring a "Chicago Experience" to Grand Rapids.
Steve, a former DJ and veteran of the restaurant industry is a native Chicagoan (the restaurant's logo is a caricature of Steve, drawn by a fellow Chicago DJ in the the 80s).
His wife Cathleen is from Rockford, Mich. and a former Grand Rapids Police Officer.
The couple tells Wood TV-8 they have been working hard to renovate the location, which came to them by "happenstance".
The restaurant is set to open sometime this week.
