White House Lives Up To Name As Secret Service Finds Cocaine
Anytime an unknown substance is found in or near the White House it gets tested. On July 2nd a white substance was found in the White House that turned out to be cocaine.

The White House is located at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW in Washington, D.C., and has been the residence of every U.S. president since John Adams in 1800.
You would think that nothing but serious business takes place in the White House seeing how it's the home and offices of the President of the United States.
The White House today includes the Executive Residence, the West Wing, the East Wing, the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, presidential staff offices, the office of the vice president, and a guest residence known as the Blair House. There is a lot of room for some of America's most important decisions to be made.
White Substance Found In White House Turns Out to Be Cocaine
The last thing I would expect anyone to find would be cocaine or any type of drug in the White House but this is exactly what happened.
On Sunday, July 2nd as members of the Secret Service were doing routine checks of all the rooms in the White House, they discovered a white powdery substance in the West Wing in a work area.
The Secret Service immediately closed off the White House until the substance could be verified. The Washington D.C. Fire Department was contacted and they quickly determined the substance to be cocaine.
According to NewsNation, the cocaine was not found on or in anyone's desk in the West Wing but it was in an area where staff members, the press, and those who take hard-to-get West Wing tours would have access to.
The Secret Service is currently investigating the cause and the manner of how the cocaine entered the White House in the first place.
