Ford Field Hosting Detroit Lions NFC Championship Watch Party This Sunday
As crazy as it sounds the Detroit Lions are taking on the San Fransico 49ers this Sunday in the NFC Championship game. If they win they will be going to the Super Bowl for the first time in franchise history where they will face the winner of the AFC Championship game between the Kanas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens.
Most of us would love to hop on a plane bound for San Fransico and cheer on the Detroit Lions in Santa Clara, California where the the weather on Sunday according to Accuweather will be sunny with some clouds and a high of 70.
Unfortunately with the outrageous cost of a ticket to the game, flights, and hotels, you might need to take out a small loan to afford it.
That's why I think it's so cool what the Detroit Lions are doing for fans.
Detroit Lions Hosting All Grit Watch Party at Ford Field
Detroit Lions fans will be able to watch the game with fellow fans from the comfort of a seat at Ford Field on Sunday.

If you want to attend the watch party on Sunday you need to hurry and grab a ticket which is $10 each.
You can buy up to 10 tickets while supplies last. A portion of the ticket proceeds will benefit the Detroit Lions Foundation for youth and high school sports.

When Does The Watch Party Start
The gates will open on Sunday at 5:00 pm, the game kicks off at 6:30 pm
Can You Bring Your Own Food and Drink
Outside food and drinks are not allowed but food will be available for purchase on the 100 Level Concourse.
How Much Is Parking At Ford Field
Parking at Ford Field is available in controlled lots for $10. All parking is first-come, first-serve.
