It's not secret about the water troubles of Flint, Michigan, but the son of actors Will and Jada Pinkett Smith will be lending a hand in bringing cleaner water to the city.

According to WOOD, Jaden Smith and a church are working together for Smith's foundation on helping in the Flint water crisis.

Not a lot of people are talking about the Flint water crisis but it is still a problem that has not been fixed. The Jaden Smith Foundation along with the help of the First Trinity Missionary Baptist Church are sending a mobile water filtration system to reduce lead and other contaminants.

The system is called "The Water Box". It can go to remote locations and purify the water to meet the USEPA water standards.

Smith has a company called JUST good that worked with church members to design and engineer the system.

Although the church has given out well over 5 million bottles of water, water donations have been slowing down and the problem is nowhere near being solved by the state of Michigan.

Flint has been replacing water lines but still are a long way from having the whole city on clean water.
