Juwan Howard was announced officially as Michigan's new basketball coach Thursday, and showed how much the University means to him when he lost it prior to giving his opening words.

Juwan Howard went to two consecutive NCAA championship games as a member of the Fab Five in the early '90s, and he's often said the Ann Arbor campus was where he transitioned from a Chicago street kid to a man.

Thursday, when the whole thing came full circle, and he was officially announced as Michigan's new head basketball coach, the enormity of the moment got to him.
