It's a selfie that is being attacked as tacky, morbid, and just dumb.  Two Kalamazoo firefighters took a selfie in front of a burning house last week after responding to a call.

What they probably didn't realize until after the fire was put out was that there were two fatalities in fire.  The firefighters have not released any statement about why they took the selfie or whether or not they knew there were fatalities.

The selfie was taken down by the firefighter who posted it after the department's chief, Karianne Thomas, instructed her to remove it.  FOX 17 took a screenshot of the photo before it was removed, you can see it here.

What do you think about this situation?  Do you agree with the people bashing the firefighters?  Or do you think that people are overreacting?
