Seven branches will participate as Kent District Library adds over 1,400 vinyl albums to their collection and makes them available for checkout along with turntables and high-end headphones.

Kent District Library's collection of vinyl called "KDL Grooves" is set to launch on Saturday, April 13, the same day as Record Store Day.

Finally, West Michigan hipsters will have something they can listen to while reading their copy of Infinite Jest.

The Kent District Library branches participating with KDL Grooves are Cascade Township, East Grand Rapids, Grandville, Kentwood, Plainfield Township, Rockford and Walker.
