Thanks to the emergence of dash cams, we can now play a new game called, 'Whos' Fault is It Anyway?'

Case number 245: A man is whizzing down a city street when he smacks into a car exiting a parking lot driven by a woman.

Was he going too fast? Did she pull out without looking? You decide.

While it's hard for me to determine whether he was exceeding the posted speed because I couldn't see his speedometer, I understand her point, but a little more caution on her part could have avoided the whole thing. And then there's the conditions, it was raining out.
