Man Charged With Eating Body Parts Has to Get Treated

This is a bizarre story of a man who is in jail for murder and eating parts of the victims body, winds up having to get treated for not eating while being incarcerated.

I did some research on 50-year-old Mark Latunski who is currently in jail for murder. It appears that neighbors have seen several half naked men running from his house, with some even bloody. Latunski is involved in s & m and bondage styles of sex.

Police had interviewed some of the men who had previously called police regarding Latunski but since the men wouldn't press charges, the cops could not arrest Latunski and there was never enough evidence to get a search warrant regardless.

Latunski is currently in a Shiawassee County jail after being charged with the slaying and mutilation of 25-year-old Kevin Bacon whom he met on the dating app Grindr.

Latunski has not been eating while in jail and guards found him unresponsive in his jail cell. He was taken to the hospital and has since been returned to his cell.

Police say Latunski is not on a hunger strike, just not eating.

A judge had ordered a mental competency test last month at the request of his attorney and authorities are still awaiting the results.

Latunski is officially charged with murder, disinterment and other charges involved in the killing of Kevin Bacon. Latunski admitted to police that he stabbed Bacon, sliced his throat and even ate some of his body parts.
