Man Shot in Head Near Wealthy Street Market

GRPD are investigating a shooting Monday evening in southeast Grand Rapids.

MLive reports the shooting occurred around 5:45 p.m. at 1012 Wealthy St., near the Wealthy Street Market.

Police say the victim was shot in the head and was taken to the hospital in life-threatening condition.

Further information about the victim or any suspects has not been released.
