Michigan to Host First Facial Hair Contest [VIDEO]

I'm all for the "Pure Michigan" campaign and bringing new and exciting things to Michigan, but I'm not really certain this is what I had in mind.

This thing is set to take place in Lansing... I think I'll stay home thanks especially because it costs $10 for both spectators and participants and there are 13 different facial-hair categories, including beards, muttonchops, moustaches and fake lady beards.

Want to give it a shot? Have fun! It's looks like it's Pure Michigan! I can't wait to hear Tim Allen do this plug.
