Nothing’s More Important Than Our Smartphones

We all know in this day and age a person can’t live without their Smartphone, but just how important that piece of technology is to some people can be truly astounding.

But is it true, we'd rescue our phone before we would our pets?!?

Are you wondering what we mean? Well, according to a recent Motorola survey of seven countries, 54-percent of people say they’d save their Smartphone before their cat in the event of a fire. So much for pets being like family.

But that’s not all, one in six smartphone users say they’ve showered with their phone, 60-percent say they've slept holding their device and 57-percent took their phone into the toilet. And the most shocking? Twenty-two percent of people say they would rather give up sex for the weekend than be away from their device. Well, it does have a vibrate function.
