November Is National Peanut Butter Month!!

November is National Peanut Butter Lovers Month -- a time to celebrate one of America's most popular foods. A recent survey found that peanut butter is found in about 75 percent of homes.

It's a staple in our home. In fact,a new survey found that the PB and J Sandwich is the number one "All American Sandwich. I think peanut butter and jelly is about as American as apple pie and hamburgers.

I have a warning for you if you like to combine peanut butter with other foods like honey or bananas.  When I was young I loved peanut butter and I loved baked beans.  So, I thought combine the two...Please don't do it. It was a horrible combination.  My Mother made me eat most of it. Believe me, you don't want to combine peanut butter with baked beans.  One other confession, I have on occasion eaten peanut butter on a spoon right out of the jar.  UMM Umm!
