If you are in a hurry for spring, then spring to the Frederick Meijer Gardens & Sculture Park to view over 7000 butterflies.

According to FOX 17, the annual butterfly exhibit is back for your viewing pleasure at Meijer Gardens.

The butterfly display opened up to the public March 1st and will stay open through April 30th. There are 60 different species of butterflies from all over the world being displayed at the Fred & Dorothy Fitcher Butterflies are Blooming exhibit.

What is so great about the exhibit is that the more than 7,000 butterflies will be flying freely inside the event.

Nearly 200,000 people visit the butterfly exhibit each year with about 1,000 visitors a day.

The exhibit is free with your paid admission to the park.

During spring break, the Frederick Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park will extend the hours from April 6 through April 10 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
