Overall, Opening Night At The Whitecaps Was A Success!

Over 7,000 people packed into Fifth Third Ballpark--including the entire WFGR Airstaff--to watch the 'Caps win and rededicate the ballpark. After the fire that destroyed 20% of the suites happened in January, no one was quite sure if the park could host baseball in April.

No one except the Whitecaps ownership and staff. And Opening night was the proof in the pudding.
