The Michigan men’s basketball team has had enough madness yesterday to last them all of March—and then some.

You think you had trouble with the high winds yesterday? The Michigan basketball team might beg to differ.

That’s because the plane carrying the Michigan men’s basketball team aborted takeoff yesterday and slid off the runway.

And while ABC News reported that no one was hurt—it went on to say the plane “sustained extensive damage.”

Michigan plays its first game in the Big 10 tournament today when they face Illinois Fighting Illini. Let’s hope those kids packed an extra pair of shorts, because I’m guessing after that incident the runway wasn’t the only thing covered with giant skid marks. Hey—it’s funny now because they’re safe.
