Radio legend Larry Lujack passed away Wednesday of esophageal cancer. He was 73.

Lujack is a Radio Hall of Fame member and spent more than three decades on the air in Chicago with a sarcastic and snarky approach.

He made "Cheap, Trashy Showbiz Reports" and "Animal Stories" popular, often reading from old farm magazines that came to the station so they could do the "Grain Report."
