The iconic Rosie's Diner in Rockford, which closed last fall under fall pretenses, is up on the auction block. The diner, which was used for Bounty paper towel TV commercials in the 70's starring Nancy Walker as Rosie was sold and moved to West Michigan from New Jersey in 1991. Now you can own the local landmark!

The online auction site "lastbidrealestate.com" is running the auction, The starting bid is $25,000. A little rich for my blood, but maybe not for you!
