The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe voluntarily closed Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort, The Slot Palace & Bingo Hall and Saganing Eagles Landing Casino & Hotel on March 16, 2020 to support efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Starting at 10am on May 29 and continuing until 8a.m. on June 1, will reopen to a limited number of invited guests only.

General Public Opening will be on June 1 at 8 a.m. .

The openings will be with a comprehensive health and sanitation plan in place and with some amenities to reopen at later, undetermined dates. Other Soaring Eagle, amenities to open at a later date include Aurora Buffet, Siniikaung, Isabellas, Water Lily, valet service, shuttle service, coat check, the spa and salon, the pool and hot tub areas, poker games, and tour bus groups. No summer concerts are scheduled at this time.

You will be required wear masks at all times and that we will provide if you don't arrive with one. New Rule - No Smoking! Infrared cameras will perform temperature checks at primary guest and team member entrances.

Plexiglas partitions will be in place at appropriate interactive areas. Additional hand sanitizer will be available for guests and team members throughout the properties.

Gaming chips will be sanitized regularly and playing cards will be replaced more frequently. Line markers will be installed on the floor indicating six foot intervals in areas where lines may form, such as at cashier stations, at the hotel front desks and at the ACCESS Loyalty Clubs.

Restaurants will have fewer tables available to provide improved social distancing.

Every other slot machine will be activated and reduced seating at table games will be in place to enhance social distancing. Bingo seating will be modified to achieve social distancing.

Guests will be encouraged to wash or sanitize their hands regularly and to stay home if they do not feel well.
