SOMETHING'S FISHY ABOUT THIS ASSAULT

A couple of Muskegon men caught more than they bargained for on an ice fishing trip -- after a strange woman assaulted them with a fish.

The men told police that the gal approached them and told them she needed to relieve herself near their fishing shanty, and when they turned away to allow her to do so, she slapped them silly with the fish.

Her story was somewhat different: A police source says she was upset that they were encroaching on her angling spot, adding, "She said she threw the fish at the men, but missed. She denied hitting them."

What a load of carp!   Only in Muskegon!
