If you're a fan of NBC's 'America's Got Talent', you'll recognize this band from the 2014 season when they finished as a runner up.

The Sons of Serendip will perform two Christmas themed shows Sunday at the unique church venue at First United Methodist Church, 227 E. Fulton.

Classically trained, the close friends met at Boston College and went on to wow the crowds with their unique take on pop music. Combining cello, keyboards and harp for a haunting sound, the quartet advanced to the finals of the 2014 AGT season before coming in fourth place behind the winner, magician Mat Franco.

Sons of Serendip have a Christmas album out and will be featured in an 'America's Got Talent' Christmas special, which will air on NBC December 19.

For ticket information for this Sunday's show visit First United's web site or the Sons own web site.

If you've never heard them perform, here's a couple of songs to give you an idea of how good they are.
