The winter festivals continue along with the Boat Show, a film festival, hockey, concerts, ballet, sled dogs, owls, reptiles, a flea market, coins, and toys.
It's another busy weekend leading up to Christmas. From Christmas Lights and Santa to the Nutcracker...to Reptiles, Coins and Toys...to honoring our Fallen Heroes. There are even a couple of concerts on the schedule for this weekend.
It will be a great weekend for indoor activities. We have Arts and Harvest Festivals, the Grand Rapids Comic Con, a Wedding Expo, concerts, hockey and basketball.

We have a lot of outdoor, winter activities this first weekend of 2020. From skating at Rosa Parks Circle to a Winter West Festival at Richmond Park, and snowshoeing at Blandford Nature Center… get out and have some fun this winter. Indoor activities include a Bridal Show, a Model Railroad Show, Finding Your Roots, a show at the Planetarium, Comedy, the Symphony, and Basketball. A weekend full of fun things to do.
This weekend we have Tickets for New Year’s Eve, Motorcycles, Cars & Cash, Hockey, Basketball, Comedy, Dinosaurs, Bodies Revealed, and Cocktails. With so much going on, we may need a longer weekend!
This weekend there are Halloween themed events for the kids...and the adults. Also, the Mighty Wurlitzer Organ powers up for another concert, there is shopping at Shipshewana On The Road, a new exhibit opens at the Grand Rapids Public Museum, we have a Beer Festival, Tickets for New Year’s Eve, a Zombie 5K and a Marathon!
