Spring really is here!!

It's a sure sign that everything is right with the world when Bell's Brewery announces their annual release of Oberon. And, yes Virginia, there will be Oberon again, on March 25th!

Think of it like a doctor's note... but from a brewery. Totally legit.

The Brewer's Association has put out their yearly review of craft brewery companies in the U.S. based on sales volume. West Michigan is full of awesome breweries!  While no breweries from Grand Rapids made the list for 2015, we still have to give it up for our neighbors in Kalamazoo! Bell's Brewery is ranked the No. 7 craft brewing company in the nation.

Monday, March 21 is a special day in West Michigan. It's the day that the first kegs of Oberon will be rolled out for the season.

I LOVE living in Beer City, USA! There are so many great breweries in the Grand Rapids area (eight within the city limits alone) and so many great beers to chose from. I'm on a mission to try them all!

Back in May Bell's Brewery released their first lineup of seasonal beers in cans with 4 packs of 16 oz. cans of Oberon and Two Hearted Ale- which was recently named No. 2 Best Beer in America for the fifth year in a row by Zymurgy Magazine. Today, the Kalamazoo brewery has released the look of their next series of seasonal beers to be available in cans.
