A few weeks ago we went through the 15 things that anyone who lives in Grand Rapids should do or try at least once. Obviously, we couldn't just stop at 15 considering there's so much to do in this awesome city!

It was a fun day out at Cannonsburg Ski & Ride Area in Belmont on Saturday with Cannonsburg, Labatt and our affiliated station 97.9 WGRD for the fifth annual Cardboard Bobsled Derby!
So many fantastic racers came out and tried to keep their bobsleds together as they raced down the hill.
Some didn't quite make it all the way down, some did get slowly down and some, well, hit record speeds!
Hard to believe that this is the fifth year of creative sleds made out of cardboard either crashing and burning or making it to the finish line triumphantly at Cannonsburg Ski Area in Belmont.
Whether you crash and burn, it's time to start grabbing the cardboard and tape and making your cardboard bobsled for the 5th Annual Cardboard Bobsled Derby!
Today's Cardboard Bobsled event at Cannonsburg was something I've been looking forward to for quite a while now! What could be more fun than a bunch of people out on a hill, building bobsleds from cardboard and duct tape, not caring if the thing really held up on the way down the slope?
