Houlihan's Grand Rapids posted to Facebook on Sunday that they had shut their doors for good due to "the wind down of the bankruptcy estate".

It was the only location in Michigan.

Diners found out with a note taped to the front door while equipment was being removed.

The threat came in Sunday, mentioning Tuesday morning.

All Michigan branches and online services will be closed for a computer upgrade Friday at 5p.m. until 9a.m. Tuesday.

Due to inclement weather GRPS has cancelled school through Friday, February 1, including evening activities.

All are advised to check the weather and news reports on Tuesday before heading to a Secretary of State office to see if the offices have reopened.

The restaurant opened on Wealthy Street in January 2018.
