Have you ever wanted to rappel down the side of one of Grand Rapids' tallest buildings? Well here is your opportunity to go "Over the Edge" and help out Easterseals Michigan.

Have you ever hung by a rope 17 stories above the ground? I have! I was fortunate to have the opportunity to go "Over the Edge" as part of a fundraiser for Easterseals Michigan.

There are several fundraising events going on this weekend...from rappelling down the side of a building to walks and block parties. You can go back in time to the 80s or 90s, We have comedy, theater, Red Panda Day, the Symphony and a festival for Vegetarianism.

The annual “Over the Edge” rappelling event is back for another year of raising money for Easterseals Michigan and children with disabilities living in Grand Rapids. I will be making my way down the side of Bridgewater Place on Friday in the 5 pm hour.
