There have been sightings of a giant hot dog driving down the roads of West Michgan. It's the Oscar Mayer Weinermobile! It is back in the area for the next couple of days.

SpartanNash is the latest company to make grocery shopping faster and easier for people. The company just launched "Fast Lane" pickup at their Family Fare store in Grandville. The concept is part of their click-and-collect program, where a person can order the groceries they want online and pick them up curbside...

It was another exciting WFGR Supermarket Sweep with Access of Kent County, Family Fare and WZZM TV 13. And for the 3rd straight year, we lost! This year, however, we did better than we have ever did. Why? The power of the chicken. Cluck!

Come cheer me on Wednesday Morning at the Family Fare by Rivertown Crossings on 44th Street starting at 11am! Its a Celebrity Pasta Eating contest! I will be competing against other media people for a $1,000 donation to a charity of our choice! This holiday season I choose Toys for Tots! So if I finish first, second, or third, a donation will be made to TfT in my name! Whoo hoo!

Help us help Access of West Michigan and area Spartan Stores (Family Fare and D&W) raise over 85 tons of food during the "County Wide Food Drive!" Starting October 3rd, Join WFGR and Cluck at area Family Fare and D&W stores in Kent County to collect food and personal care items for those in need.

This is actually kind of cool. If you have been to a Family Fare or D&W recently, you have been asked to sign up for their new "Yes" cards. It's a shopping card that saves you money, and can get you free gas and other nice things. These cards are all over the country, but it's a first for West Michigan in nearly 20 years.
