Grand Haven State park

A fight got so big and out of control at Grand Haven State Park, this past Monday, that officials had to close down the park. WNEM says that the incident occurred around 7 p.m. on July 3rd when 8 to 10 different fights broke out, which was estimated to be around 300 people...

There are a lot of options for things to do this weekend...both inside and out. Everything from new art exhibits, to charity walks and runs, to carnivals and festivals! Get out and enjoy West Michigan this weekend.

Normally beach goers would already be hitting the sand at Grand Haven State Park. This year though, the campground and park won't open until May 13, The Grand Haven Tribune reports.

The first day of Summer officially begins at 1:16pm today (6/21)  and it's gonna be a hot and muggy day.  I think we should celebrate by jumping into a lake.  There is a chance for thunderstorms but some of the meteorologists are saying the heavy stuff may hold off until later this afternoon or evening...
