So former "reality" TV star Kate Gosselin is back. It seems about once a year she gets trotted out on the afternoon talk shows for some reason or another. And now since there are new shows all over the place (Ricki Lake, Katie Couric) she's back. And she's turned over a new leaf...again!

OK sorry that was bad, but it's all in good fun! And it's celebrating one of the noblest professions...nursing! So if you know of a nurse, give them a hug and thank them for all they do!
