Pharrell Williams is speaking out for the first time about the “Blurred Lines” verdict, in which a jury decided he and Robin Thicke need to play Marvin Gaye’s family $7.3 million for ripping off Gaye’s tune “Got To Give It Up.”
Earlier this week, the family of legendary soul singer Marvin Gaye won a huge judgment from Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams when it was determined their song "Blurred Lines" sounded an awful lot like Gaye's "Got To Give It Up."
Now, the Gaye family says Williams' other hit "Happy" sounds familiar, like Marvin's earlier hit "Ain't That Peculiar".
