Every parent has been there. The school bus is minutes from arrival and something that should be routine turns into an emergency and a last-second scramble to avoid missing the bus. One mother was forced to take the traditional last-day-of-school photo without her child in the frame due to circumstances every parent has seen before.

The mother of one of the 26 victims of 2012's Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre has written a powerful letter to the teachers of America. Nebla Marquez-Greene had two children attending Sandy Hook Elementary that day. Her daughter, 6-year-old Ana Grace, was killed in the Connecticut massacre, and her son was uninjured in the attack. Now that 'How I Met Your Mother' spinoff 'How I Met Your Dad' seems to have fallen through, the CBS lineup looks a little bereft of anything we might normally follow. And now with CBS' acquisition of Thursday Night Football, the full fall 2014 schedule looks a little jumbled with 'The Big Bang Theory' filling in for 'HIMYM' Mondays, while 'Elementary' and others move to October to accommodate football.

Among the last, but certainly not least, the eye network CBS has officially gotten in on the Upfront 2014 game by releasing their schedule for the fall, and full trailers for the newest series. Few major surprises (minus that 'How I Met Your Dad' pass), but take a look at the future of CBS with new trailers for Halle Berry's 'Extant,' sporting family sitcom 'The McCarthys' and more!

Year after year, this becomes almost painfully unsurprising. Following an impressive three-season renewal for CBS comedy juggernaut 'The Big Bang Theory,' the network granted an additional 18 renewals to its drama and comedy lineup for 2014-15, including (but not limited to) 'Two and a Half Men,' '2 Broke Girls,' 'Elementary,' 'NCIS' and 'The Good Wife.' So, who's missing?

The name Chcuk Lorre is pretty famous in the TV production world. "The Drew Carey Show" "Roseanne" "Grace Under Fire" "Darhma and Greg" "Two and a Half Men" and "The Big Bang Theory" and just a few of the shows he's created, written for and produced. Yeah, he kind of has a knack for putting on popular shows. His latest is a new CBS comedy

Ken Jennings...remember that name? He was the guy who won two and a half million dollars winning 74 straight games on Jeopardy a few years back. He is also an author, and he has written a new book. It's about Mom myths--things that Mom used to tell you that just really aren't true.

Well, here's an interesting Story... I think!  These Two Snotty kids are suing their mom... Yep - that's right.  They are suing Mom for $50,000 for Emotional Distress.    I'm not making this up.
