Trail riding continues to grow in popularity across Michigan. One thing that always attracts cyclists, rollerbladers and others is a smooth trail. This 22 mile trail just might be the smoothest in Michigan.
We took over Millenium Park this Saturday, for the Insane Inflatables 5k! Not just a run, but a fun run with giant inflatable obstacles to conquer along the way. More than 1,700 runners came out to climb the bouncy course and have fun.

The Insane Inflatables 5K is this Saturday at Millenium Park, and it's a lot of fun for people who run, and for people who don't! Last year, Wendy and I, two of the least athletic people we know, tried the course. It was fun, and we actually did it!
As a nation we continue to remember the tragic events of the 2013 Boston Marathon and support all of those affected. Today, Grand Rapids will join a nationwide movement by hosting a Run for Boston 4/17.
This is a pretty inspiring story actually. The 5/3rd riverbank run is this weekend, and several people who consider themselves homeless will compete in the 10K.
