It's the 2015 version of the genie in a lamp. Instead of rubbing the lamp and making a wish, you text a number and, well, you get your wish.

Ouch. Yeah, this one will definitely leave you feeling a little tingly. Christina Jahnz, of Elizabeth, Colo., learned the hard way that she should not text while driving, KUSA-TV 9 News reported.

It doesn't matter which way we spin it; breaking up stinks. (Unless, of course, you're the breaker-upper, in which case it's like a cause for celebration.) Either way, cutting the relationship cord has gotten a bit easier ever since text messaging hit the scene. As it turns out, break up texts can be hilarious.

Texting while driving? Dangerous. Texting while walking? Generally just a bit impolite if you're in a crowded area. At least, that's normally the case. If you live near a cliff, it might not be a great idea.

A town in New Jersey has banned texting while WALKING. Yes, I'm not making this up. This may seem a little extreme, but at the same time, I've done something very similar before - I actually ran into someone walking on the street a few months back because I wasn't watching where I was walking...

Police officers in St. Joe rescued two people from near a pier after one reported falling into the water while texting!  Kind of like when the lady took a dive into the fountain in the mall a few months back. The Berrien County sheriff's department says the lady from Benton Harbor fell into the water off South Pier in St. Joseph and then her friend jumped in to save her!
