'Tis the season to give back, and these two nationally backed charities are looking to make holidays even brighter for families around West Michigan!

Non-profit organization Spirited Seas Renaissance Faire is set to welcome families and individuals of all ages in Battle Creek, Michigan November 19-20, 2022.

Christmas can be difficult for some families, but Toys For Tots is offering help to those in need going into the Holiday season.

Over $20K has been raised so far!

It’s taken me a minute to figure out why I like the “Mannequin Challenge”, sometimes I think "What's the challenge?  Anyone can just stand still" (except those little kids that failed horribly...) Now, after watching the Michigan State Police Training school recruits do the “Mannequin Challenge”, I know why I like it...

I was at the Family Fare in Grandville for the Spartan Stores Smart Pasta eating contest. It was simple. Some members of the media would have to be the quickest to eat 3 cups of pasta for the chance to donate $1,000 to the charity of their choice. Although I'm a bigger guy, I'm far from a great timed eater. And it showed!

Come cheer me on Wednesday Morning at the Family Fare by Rivertown Crossings on 44th Street starting at 11am! Its a Celebrity Pasta Eating contest! I will be competing against other media people for a $1,000 donation to a charity of our choice! This holiday season I choose Toys for Tots! So if I finish first, second, or third, a donation will be made to TfT in my name! Whoo hoo!
