The 60-minute yoga sessions are designed for all levels of experience and described as "light-hearted and growth-focused."

There are two things I've noticed about Grand Rapids since moving here. A lot of people like to exercise, and they also love to drink beer. It IS Beer City USA, so this makes sense. And now, there's a new fitness craze coming out of Germany, and working it's way across the world. And it needs to come to Grand Rapids. Beer Yoga!

Michigan summers were meant to be enjoyed outdoors which makes finding the time to get to yoga class more challenging. This summer, that's not going to be a problem. The Michigan DNR says Muskegon State Park will host Great Lakes Beach Yoga all summer!

I saw this video floating around today and got a good laugh. The yoga instructor says: "All of the sounds that are trapped in your mind ... " just before the Grinch ... . Well, just watch as the Grinch tries doing yoga!
