Team Building Exercise at Walmart Comes Across as Awkward

The intentions I'm sure are good. The chant is set to Queen's 'We Will Rock You'. He talks of people's aspirations, smiles, and love of their employer. However, it comes across a little well, sad and weird. *sigh* Oh Walmart.
