The Fanciest Eggs You’ll (Probably N)ever Cook
Cloud eggs looks like a LOT of work for just a couple of breakfast eggs. Still, it's hard to argue with the result.

I love cooking shows, I love cooking videos too. I guess, I just like living vicariously through other people's taste buds.
I think I understand what this egg would taste like, basically it's a meringue but with an egg yolk on top. I dig it. I think if you like your eggs a bit more runny, you hold off putting the egg on top of the cloud.
I can't eat eggs (long story), but my wife enjoys them scrambled, otherwise I'd give this a go. If you try this out, let us know below how it all works out.
