I'm sad to report that it looks like the "Mean Streak" roller coaster at Cedar Point, in Sandusky, OH, is in it's final days of operation.

I found this video online...

According to the Cedar Point website, “It’s time. Time to say goodbye to what was the tallest and fastest wooden roller coaster in the world – Mean Streak.”

The final day of operation will be Friday, September 16th...so you still have some time to get to Cedar Point to ride this roller coaster.

You still have a few wooden coaster options at Cedar Point: "The Gemini" and the classic "Blue Streak" roller coasters.

For more information, here is the link for the Cedar Point website.
