Time Lapse of New Building at 20 Fulton
Kent Companies is sharing a really cool video that shows the progress that's been made over time on the new building at 20 Fulton.
20 Fulton is a mixed-use retail and residential building in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. This video shares the changes in the Grand Rapids skyline as the concrete scope of work was performed by the Kent team.

It's really cool seeing it go from a hole in the ground to a skyscraper.
This 12 story building is going to be apartments with all sorts of swanky features including: swimming pool, outdoor grilling area, fiber internet, concierge services, mail/package room, dry cleaning stations, and on-site assigned parking.
Sounds pretty cool to me ... anyway the website says it'll be open for business summer 2017.
