Tug Boat Crashes into Ferry

Talk about a bad day at the office.

Hope the tug boat has insurance. Tugs are supposed to be very agile they could have avoided this accident in a million different ways. Assuming there wasn't a mechanical failure this captain has a lot of people to answer to now.
