Wednesday's storm was pretty powerful, as evidenced by doorbell cam footage of this massive strike in Grand Rapids.

It got a little weird in West Michigan as the remnants of Tropical Storm Cristobel blew through the area. Massive amounts of rain and steady high winds were the predominant traits of the damaging storm, which left thousands without power throughout the state.

But the storm also leveled thousands of lightning strikes, including this one outside a Grand Rapids home that caused a shower of sparks, courtesy of WZZM-13 on Your Side.
