There's an awesome new six part series that fits WFGR. It's called "The 80's-The Decade that Made Us". It's all about how the 80's launched things we know, love and take for granted about current pop culture, technology and the way we live.

Without the advances of the 80's we wouldn't have this blog, this website, digital TV, cell phones, medical advances and almost everything we do. The show is on Nat Geo (which is the cool hip way to call it the National Geographic Channel) and repeats all this month.
