What is RAD Michigan?

I was killing time watching TikTok and this Michigan guy popped up. He had dozens of videos promoting Michigan tourism, mostly the Traverse City area. Here's one of his videos:

He does a good job and tags all of his videos with #radmichigan. I was curious and decided to learn more about RAD Michigan.

RAD Michigan stands for "Really Awesome Destination". He says on his website radmichigan.com,

"Whether you're exploring the furthest reaches of the UP, hiking the dunes, boating on the lake or just grabbing a drink at a local brewery, there's a lot to love here in Michigan. There's no better way to show off your love for our state than with a RAD Michigan product!"

They've created a bunch of products for you to show off your pride for this beautiful state while also acknowledging your willingness to support a small local business and donate to children suffering from Leukemia. They offer t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and hats. They also have accessories available like mugs, phone cases, face coverings/masks and even throw pillows!  Shipping is free on all of their products and all of them promote Michigan living.

They donate a portion of profits of every single sale to the Children's Leukemia Foundation of Michigan, now called the Blood Cancer Foundation of Michigan.
