There are some things that I'm sure of in this wacked out world of ours. One is never conduct a land war in Asia. The other is Led Zeppelin albums don't need to be remade. By anyone. Ever. Especially not by Train.

I was hoping this story was made up by one of those satire web sites like The Onion. But it isn't it. It's real and it's happening.

Train is getting ready to release a new album that's actually an old Led Zeppelin album. The band announced they’ve recorded a cover of the entire Led Zeppelin II album, which they’re calling Train Does Led Zeppelin II, to be released June 3rd.

"Our favorite band is Led Zeppelin, and they made a huge impression on our lives musically," frontman Pat Monahan shares. "So I thought, why don't we record one of their albums, just for the fun of it for our fans. The hard part was deciding which one."

Train has also set up a series of concert dates to perform the album live, including a June 1st gig at New York’s Irving Plaza. They will also appear on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on June 10th.

Now excuse me, I'm going to go home and listen to Led Zeppelin II and cry myself to sleep.
