The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for most of West Michigan.  Snow is expected to begin falling tonight around 5 PM and last through Wednesday evening until about 7 PM.

West Michigan should expect the rain showers changing to snow showers this afternoon.  Between this afternoon at about 5 PM and Wednesday evening expect total snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches. The highest amount of snowfall will be toward Ludington and Baldwin, and less toward Grand Rapids. Also expect winds gusting as high as 40 mph this afternoon and evening.
