Zip Tied Dog Rescued From Ottawa County Rest Room

Authorities are looking for leads as to left a dog in a Port-A-John in Ottawa County.

Ottawa County Animal Control is seeking any information the public may have in the case of a a dog that was left zip tied in a crate, and then dumped off at a Ottawa County park.

A park visitor to Sheridan Park in Polkton Township found the dog, who has been named 'Jon', inside a portable restroom.
