Billy Joel is hoping a fourth time’s a charm. The 66-year-old Rock and Roll Hall of Famer tied the knot July 4th, marrying his 33-year-old pregnant girlfriend, Alexis Roderick, in a ceremony officiated by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.

Billy’s rep told People the couple 'surprised their guests at their annual July 4th party,' on Long Island by swapping 'I Dos.'

Guests at the wedding included Joel’s daughter Alexa Rae, and actor Kevin James. This is Joel’s fourth marriage. He was previously married to Elizabeth Webber, Christie Brinkley and Katie Lee.

Here’s something to think about: If every divorce means you lose half of your fortune to the woman leaving you, does this mean Billy Joel will be down to one-sixteenth of his assets when this woman leaves him? I'm just asking.

If you’re on your fourth wife, it’s a 'you' problem. One failed marriage is a mulligan. No harm, no foul. Two… well… maybe you’re unlucky. But four? You are doing something wrong.

July has actually been a pretty great month for Billy. In addition to the wedding, on July 2nd he performed his 65th concert at New York’s Madison Square Garden, breaking Elton John’s record for the most concerts by an artist at the venue. As an ode to his friend Elton, Billy treated the crowd to a cover of the singer’s hit 'Good Bye Yellow Brick Road,' calling it a 'damn good song.'
