David Lee Roth Bald???

This has been a troubling day on the interwebs.

First, the Cadbury Creme Egg scandal.

Now, word is that Diamond Dave, Van Halen's David Lee Roth, has shaved his golden locks bald.

Why did Dave do it? Why does anyone do it?

"David Lee Roth showed up on stage with the Foo Fighters on Saturday night in Los Angeles and showed off his new hairstyle -- no hair, according to TMZ.

Many women in their 40s and 50s just spit coffee all over their kitchen.

The Foos pulled out an all-star roster of guest stars on Saturday at the Forum in Inglewood, including Alice Cooper, Paul Stanley, Slash and Joe Walsh. Diamond Dave came out wearing a hat and sang a couple of Van Halen songs. Then, toward the end of "Panama," he pulled off the hat to reveal his new Kojak look, according to the website.

Maybe Dave's hair finally decided to jump."
